Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the images to determine if the damage was due to a manufacturing issue or occurred after delivery.

If it’s our error, we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on any custom made-to-order items.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email so we can expect your package. The item must be in original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.
My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
What is your return period?
We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after a product arrives. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.
